I was having a lot of issues around sleep— I was always constantly tired and would fall asleep incredibly often. With that, I would have problems falling and staying asleep in the night. I suffered from constant fatigue and had trouble keeping food down.
I know now that I was having a stress reaction to the circumstances I was in at the time. These days all I need to do is pop a melatonin if I got a lot going on in my head and I pass right out
