These days I know how to manage my depressive symptoms. I have myself be around people, when I can, or I let myself have quiet time. I read or I watch something, and I will argue with my thoughts back and forth. I am fully aware that I do not want to be depressed, and so I will do my best not to let it get me down, but it really is a struggle sometimes.
