When a group of people, ie orcs, werewolves, lizards, etc, have extreme sexual dimorphism resulting in men that look like a beast or monster or something cool, while the women are human women with small modifications to make them appear a little different. For example, lizard men will be big and beefy, appearing like standing monitor lizards.
