Hello, I’m an archivist who, while working with an archival database, came across the tapes featured on this channel. The footage documents a man who appears to be entirely alone on Earth—aside from the beings he refers to as “nesters.” I’m sharing these recordings in the hope that, by bringing more attention to this seemingly impossible world, we might begin to understand it and finally put this mystery to rest. 100% highly recommended analog horror. I missed the days when I used to watch YouTube horror and this really scratches that itch. It’s a vlog made by a guy who is alone on earth aside from these creatures that are called nesters. We don’t know much about them, and neither does he, but he knows more than enough to help defend himself.
There’s only five videos out now but it’s more than horror, it’s like… analysis on the concept of loneliness (there’s like a ten minute segment while my man is baking some chicken parm where he talks about self-imposed loneliness), cooking vlog (TWO recipes in five videos), self-care vlog… it’s like, How to Take Care of Yourself for unwashed horror nerds. You can’t help but admire this dude who is so… out there.
But he’s not mean to be admired, He’s got deep-seated problems, and he just is living a day to day life of pure fear and discomfort. It’s like a reflection on the Loneliness Epidemic now, and how much people like liminal/analog horror now.
It’s a good, good series, so Remy, if you can find the time, I do recommend.
