It’s a really interesting concept— main character Ouka Namae doesn’t possess feelings… until he does, in which case, he is overcome with the insatiable desire to kill the one he finds dear to him. The first chapter introduces us to the concept, the second brings in the background with a traitor to magicians, and after that, we slowly are introduced to the series as a whole, where a normal girl set to be killed is going to become friends with the emotionless boy without dying.

It has some really beautiful art.
And despite the beautiful, cute images… this is a grim story. I really wonder where it will take me, so I plan on reading more when I can. I’m a bit worried it won’t carry the weight I’m expecting it to have, since it feels a little… hm.
