Okay, man, I’ve been waiting for someone to license Lout of the Count’s Family (also called Trash of the Count’s Family, depending on the translator, but this is the officially licensed name). I read a bunch of the webtoon a long while ago, and fell off because finding translations can be… a pain.
The MC, Cale (formerly Kim Roksu, with his own tragic past) is hellbent on living a chill life. To get there, he needs to avert disasters… without expending too much effort. He’s a lout. Lazy. A drunkard. Not that smart.*
*Actually new Cale is quite clever and he cares more than he realizes.
It sits well in established in the established Isekai Subversion family, and I do honestly enjoy how this dipshit acts. Complete asshole. On purpose. He’s what I affectionately refer to as a Rat Man. Evil with a purpose, heart of gold, etc etc.
I do like how he is nowhere near the strongest, or the most OP, but his followers are, and he takes full advantage of this.
