I’m The Villainess, So I’ll Just Beat Up My Problems!
After dying in a traffic accident, I wound up in an otome game world. What’s more, I swapped places with a girl named Alexandra. The so-called heroine had already bewitched Alexandra’s fiancé–the second prince–and set her up as the villainess. To make matters worse, I arrived right in the middle of Alexandra’s bogus condemnation. So, what’s a girl to do in a situation like this? Kick her fiancé’s butt and seize the happy ending, of course! But as soon as I did just that, the world collapsed, and I looped back in time to Alexandra’s childhood. Years later, I met the older, incredibly gorgeous first prince. Oh, and he seemed totally into me! Could this be true love?!
This was fun in a way that could only be fun for someone who has consumed a huge amount of villainess otome light novels. The MC is summoned in to save the soul of the original owner of her body. The method?
Beating the absolute shit out of every male love interest in the annulment scene. It resets the world and she gets to live out her days in place of the original character, who has been reincarnated somewhere nice and thanks our protag sincerely. The girl gets all the magic, gets blessed by the Goddess, who owes her a favor, and she just lives her life and enjoys it.
It’s just funny seeing someone who is entirely ignorant of otome stuff be in an otome game. That said, it’s not really far outside the norm. It’s for people who already consume these things like candy (such as myself). For people looking for a solid read and romance, well, this ain’t it.
