AH!
One, I’m in. Leo is adorable.
Two, I need to put a new trope in for butlers being named Sebastian. It happens all the time in manga/LN/Webtoons/etc. Always Sebastian or Sebas or Seb. After enough of these I’m sure you’ll see.

Maybe I should add Black Company to the list? I have been using Corporate Zombie to illustrate how it affects people. Hmm. It’s not always one and the same, though… like in Parallel World Pharmacy, I think I put Corporate Zombie but he wasn’t working for a black company so much as trying to basically cure every disease in the world.

By the way, I had to look up what a maltese looked like. A child. A wee thing.

My man just got isekai’d after passing out from exhaustion and his first thought is that he is going to be late for work. Bro…

Yeah, I’m going to add it to the trope list.
At some point, I stopped taking screenshots, but it’s a pretty slow-paced series where the story works to subvert and almost explain points of isekai to the reader while just having a cozy series where a guy gets to hang out with his dog and accidentally lands a sugar mommy.
I was actually fascinated (as someone who reads a shitload of isekai) that the writer pointed out little things that many writers don’t point out. Japanese mannerisms in a place where it would be strange. Lack of roads or indoor plumbing. How much a guy would stand out not knowing basic things. Stereotypes of thugs. A normie not intrinsically knowing what to do when dropped in the wild in another world. Explaining small things like where luggage goes in a carriage, lack of indoor plumbing, the nobility (even while being humble) being out of touch with common people, etc etc etc.
This is mostly a story that focuses on very small things building into nice relationships. The guy has his tiny pervert moments, feels guilty, and chastises himself. He’s also… normal. Actually normal. It’s a relief, sometimes.
When I read or watch something where the writing spends a lot of time describing small scenes, such as walking down the street or how comfortable a bed is, I know the writer enjoyed themselves. I find myself in those places sometimes, too, where I’m just enjoying the act of writing a happy and comfortable scene for my characters.
That said… usually if it’s for others… I prefer to cut the fluff out if it ends up being… too much. There’s fun fluff and then there is too much.

Please observe where chapter 2 began. There is a brief prologue and chapter 1 takes up half the book.
It gets to be… hard.
The best part was towards the end, and I’m not just saying that to mean “because it ended”, I mean “because stuff happened”. A puppy was adopted after everyone ventured into the Fenrir Forest in search of more fenrir. We also got to see the MC do more with his abilities.
Despite it leading into more… it might be a hot minute until I read more of this series.
