I’ve been wanting to read this one for a while and i think maybe it seemed better in my head than it is reading it. i dunno if i am as engaged with the story as i hoped to be. the scares aren’t as fun, i suppose, but once in a while it hits you with a dinger. like when all the kids thought they saw a ghost in the window and it was NOT a ghost.
not sure if i will keep up with the series.
