i did read a lot this month, but it was digital, and right now I’m on a library kick again. luckily my total went up by 0.3%! partly because i bought some books that i’ve read before and partly because i DID in fact finish some owned books.
who knows how this month will go. I’ve been reading a lot on my phone again so I might… do the thing where I have two versions of books… which I have done before.
this month will likely end with a large influx of books in my physical library, so i don’t have any hope of hitting 75% like i wanted. make it a two year goal unless i really just sit and read and nothing else…

may was a busy month. I fucked off to CA for a few days (i conked out ten volumes of manga and a book during that time, so nice) and did a Big Clean. i’ve been focusing on comics lately, so my other hobbies have fallen behind. it’s an endless cycle.
one big one is i am fixing up my digital library and doing regular purges of things i won’t like or read.
i should maybe be more concerned with that number, though. i have zipped past 25000 and right into 26000.
i should purge harder, but is it my fault that some series are over 100 chapters long and each counts as a book because of the layout???
