Some children’s books just fucking vibe with me and Magic School Bus still does the trick. I love the vibrant illustrations and the mix of comic and words. Reminds me a lot of interactive kid’s books I read as a kid. There’s a lot to grab the attention and keep it on the page, so one doesn’t get bored. Plus the Frizz is every bit as rad as always.
At the end— I never noticed this when I was young— there’s a few pages where the authors explain in-universe that the book was dramatized for fun and the science facts are real. A nice touch, in my opinion.
