My own comment on the jam submission page.
You start the game and it’s apparent that it’s satirizing Amazon’s philosophy of grinding warehouse workers to the bone, causing them to. Well. Work beyond their limits and having to piss in bottles. Their suffering is directly creating money for the Bezos stand-in.

And even if you stop…

The machine keeps working without you. If you refuse to press the button, the machine keeps going. When the prompts show up asking if you want to stop the machine or crank it up, pressing stop causes the above to pop up. At one point the button fell off the UI and the machine just said, let’s go. If you click the button to crank it up, it flashes TRAITOR at you.

The art style is sharp and simple, very bold and straight to the point. It’s an easy game to play (just hit enter or click the mouse). And it fills me with the guilt of being an arbitrary participant in the capitalist system. Even if you don’t do anything, the machine is still working to crush people. And there’s people out there who do it because an authority tells them to.
Man… rough. It’s free to play so I recommend checking it out.
