R: Uchimura and Ulmandra. Ulmandra is convinced they’re in a romantic relationship, but nothing truly happens. Ulmandra still supports him as if they were.
E: It’s part of demon culture to be nearly nude, apparently. Lot of boobs.
M: I wish the ladies were able to demonstrate their power more often. That said, it’s a very typical harem, and in this one it’s not really like. Overly focused on tits.
Mmmm. This isn’t really an outstanding anime. There’s twelve episodes, but it’s not overwhelmingly like… It doesn’t feel like a whole lot. My favorite characters are the side characters Butagarian and the izakaya owner. I ended up with more questions than answers.
Butagarian because while he is painted as an immoral and typical ugly=bad merchant, the story reveals he’s actually just doing his best to try to get ahead while taking care of a bunch of war orphans and helping people. He has no pride because he values his life and others more than trying to look good.
The izakaya owner… I don’t even know if he’s real or not. The dude is borderline imaginary. The main character visits him in his weird mind palace. But he’s very, you know. Wise old man.
I’m probably going to try to find the source material and read it. I feel like it could give me more to work with. I just don’t understand how it could just… end with the Demon King saying that the MC should become king.
That said. The comedy is pretty nice. My mans gets transferred to the fucking demon army.
And I actually like the opening a lot but unfortunately the OP isn’t on Youtube. v_v
